Talent Acquisition Engineer
The Talent Acquisition Engineer at Wellhub is a pivotal role within the People team, focusing on managing full-cycle recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical positions up to the G7 level. This position is based remotely in Brazil, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the country. In this role, the Talent Acquisition Engineer will partner closely with hiring managers and People Business Partners to define hiring strategies and evaluation criteria. Responsibilities include developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines, ensuring a positive candidate experience through transparent communication, and acting as a professional brand ambassador for Wellhub. The role also involves analyzing recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks, optimizing processes, and proposing improvements to enhance the efficiency of the Talent Acquisition function.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field, along with proven experience in full-cycle recruitment within high-demand, fast-paced environments such as startups or global companies. Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau are essential. A strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, with a track record of using AI tools to optimize recruitment tasks, is highly desirable. Fluency in English is mandatory, as the role requires collaboration with global teams and stakeholders.
