Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Early Careers - Summer Start

AlphaSights is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our London office's Early Careers team. This role offers an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of recruitment, including talent attraction, candidate assessment, and logistical planning. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will contribute to the growth of our Client Service Associate Programme by identifying and engaging top-tier talent.

In this position, you will manage candidate communications, guide applicants through the interview process, and act as a brand ambassador for AlphaSights. Your responsibilities will include supporting campus recruitment initiatives, coordinating event logistics, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Additionally, you will review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and assist in scheduling interviews, managing job postings, and processing offer letters.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials and has 0-1 years of work experience, preferably with an interest in recruitment or human capital. Essential qualifications include the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, excellent attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Italian, German, Dutch, Swedish, or any Nordic language is preferred.

The position offers a salary of £35,000 per annum, along with a 4% matched pension contribution on qualified earnings.
