Talent Acquisition Associate, Early Careers
AlphaSights is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our London team, focusing on early careers recruitment. In this role, you will develop and implement innovative strategies to identify and engage top-tier talent from key UK and European universities, guiding candidates through our recruitment pipeline to support the growth of our Client Service Associate Programme. This position offers a full life-cycle recruitment experience within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities include managing the end-to-end candidate pipeline, achieving hiring targets, and shaping regional recruitment strategies. You will drive attraction initiatives such as events, campaigns, and partnerships across universities, which may involve seasonal travel. Proactive sourcing through various channels, conducting initial candidate assessments, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand and fulfill hiring needs are integral parts of the role. Ensuring a positive candidate experience and providing continuous support throughout the hiring process are also essential.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in corporate recruitment, campus recruitment, agency, or executive search. A bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials and notable extracurricular leadership is required. Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in Italian, German, Dutch, Swedish, or any Nordic language is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate a passion for working with early career talent, possess excellent multitasking and organizational skills, and exhibit strong oral and written communication abilities. A team-oriented mindset and dependability are also important qualities.
The position offers a base salary of £40,000, with the opportunity to earn a performance bonus. Benefits include a 4% matched pension contribution on qualified earnings, comprehensive private health and dental insurance, 25 vacation days plus 8 bank holidays, and the option to work from home every Friday. The role is based in our state-of-the-art office located in the City of London.
