LVT is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Engineer III to join our growing technology team. This role will be pivotal in managing and optimizing our identity and access management (IAM) infrastructure, with a primary focus on Okta. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Okta administration, configuration, and integration, as well as a strong understanding of SaaS-based applications and their connectivity. Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms is a significant plus. As a Systems Engineer III, you will be responsible for ensuring the security, reliability, and efficiency of our critical systems and contributing to strategic technology initiatives.

Key responsibilities include serving as the primary subject matter expert for our Okta platform, encompassing user and group management, SSO configuration, MFA policies, lifecycle management, and integrations. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining Okta workflows and automation to streamline user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access controls. Additionally, the Systems Engineer III will troubleshoot and resolve complex Okta-related issues, provide timely support to end-users and IT teams, and develop comprehensive documentation for Okta configurations and processes. Staying current with the latest Okta features and security best practices is also essential.

The position requires planning, implementing, and managing integrations between Okta and various SaaS applications, ensuring seamless and secure access for employees. Collaboration with application owners to understand integration requirements and provide technical guidance is crucial. Monitoring the health and performance of SaaS integrations, implementing security policies within Okta and integrated applications, and participating in security audits and compliance initiatives are also key aspects of the role. Developing and maintaining scripts to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency is expected.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Okta administration, configuration, and integration, along with a strong understanding of SaaS-based applications and their connectivity. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a significant plus. The role requires excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and the ability to collaborate closely with other IT teams to ensure the smooth operation of all systems.
