Sydney Resort Manager

As the Campus Operations Lead at Canva's Sydney campus, you will oversee the daily operations of our largest global campus, ensuring a seamless and energizing experience for all Canvanauts. This role involves managing hospitality services, campus logistics, and overall campus experience, reporting directly to the Global Head of Vibe.

Key responsibilities include leading hospitality services to maintain welcoming and high-standard environments, managing campus logistics such as guest services and event coordination, and enhancing the overall campus experience through continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will manage operational budgets, develop best practices for global campus operations, and support regional campus leads to ensure consistent and culturally aligned workplace experiences.

The ideal candidate will have experience in large-scale, high-service operations such as hotel general management, resort management, or workplace experience in tech campuses. Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex systems and processes are essential.
