Litify is seeking a Support Engineer – Tier 1 (Salesforce Certified) to join our expanding Customer Success team. As a leader in legal technology, Litify provides an all-in-one legal operating solution built on the Salesforce platform, empowering law firms and legal departments to standardize, measure, and improve their operations. This role offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional technical support to our clients.

In this position, you will work directly with customers to address complex Salesforce and Litify-related issues, providing in-depth troubleshooting and technical guidance. Responsibilities include debugging intricate problems, discerning between configuration issues and product bugs, reproducing issues in Salesforce sandboxes, and collaborating with Tier 2 Support and Customer Success Managers to develop effective solutions. Additionally, you will perform basic configuration changes in Salesforce, participate in special projects such as supporting beta products, and contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and video walkthroughs for the Litify Community.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of technical customer-facing experience, preferably in the SaaS space, and 1-3 years of experience working with Salesforce, including certifications such as ADM-201. A passion for problem-solving, strong analytical skills, and excellent time management are essential. Experience with ticketing systems like Atlassian Jira and Service Cloud, as well as the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences, are also required. Additional qualifications include familiarity with APIs, advanced Salesforce tools, web technologies, and SSO technologies, along with experience in the legal industry or accounting.

The estimated base salary for this role is $75,000 per year, with potential for bonuses and benefits. Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including qualifications, experience level, and skill set, ensuring competitive pay within the industry.
