Agentic Architect
The Agentic Architect at Litify is a pivotal role within the Professional Services organization, focusing on the integration and application of advanced AI technologies in the legal sector. This position operates with a high degree of autonomy, leading the end-to-end implementation of Litify AI for clients, and plays a key role in defining and establishing new industry standards. The role involves close collaboration with Project Managers, ensuring the technical solution, including system architecture and configuration, aligns with client needs and project outcomes.
Key responsibilities include demonstrating Litify AI capabilities to clients and prospects, tailoring presentations to specific legal workflows and use cases. The Agentic Architect leads discovery sessions to gather and document client requirements, translating them into detailed solution designs. They build and deploy custom AI agent workflows on Litify AI’s Salesforce-based framework, overseeing configuration from design through go-live. Serving as the primary technical advisor, they provide guidance on Litify AI capabilities, best practices, and the product roadmap. Collaboration with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success teams is essential to align on client needs and drive successful outcomes across the client journey. Additionally, the role involves defining success metrics for each deployment, driving adoption to ensure clients realize measurable value, and documenting solution designs and implementation guides for both client and internal use.
Candidates should have over four years of Salesforce implementation experience, with advanced mastery of Salesforce Flows and modern automation tools. Experience in a professional services, consulting, or client-facing implementation role is essential. Proven capability to own a technical workstream end-to-end—from requirements to delivery—with minimal oversight is required. Experience designing and deploying AI agents or automated workflow solutions in a client-facing role is necessary. Hands-on experience with large language model-based tools, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration frameworks is important. A strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security architecture, object relationships, and platform capabilities is crucial. Familiarity with law firm workflows, such as intake, matter management, billing, and document generation, is advantageous. Salesforce Certifications, including AI Specialist, Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Consultant, are desirable.
The estimated base salary for this role ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, with potential for bonuses and benefits. Compensation is designed to be competitive within the industry and reflects the candidate's qualifications, experience level, and skill set.
