Senior Project Manager
Litify is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its Professional Services team, focusing on implementing and configuring the Litify platform built on Salesforce. This role involves leading client migrations, ensuring successful project go-lives, and fostering strong client relationships. The Senior Project Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that enhance clients' legal operations.
Key responsibilities include developing and managing client relationships throughout project lifecycles, driving project timelines to achieve on-time and on-budget delivery, and identifying and mitigating project risks. The role also involves managing project scope, hosting kickoff meetings and regular touchpoints, and providing weekly status updates to stakeholders. Additionally, the Senior Project Manager will collaborate with service delivery teams, allocate resources, track project tasks, and travel to client sites as needed.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of project management or program experience, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in managing customer and vendor budgets, forecasting project resources, and a strong attention to detail are essential. Excellent judgment, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and strong verbal and written communication abilities are required. A solid understanding of Salesforce technology, including relevant certifications or experience with Salesforce implementation projects, is highly desirable. A bachelor's degree from an accredited university and willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time are also required.
The estimated base salary for this role ranges from $95,000 to $110,000 annually, with potential for bonuses and benefits. Compensation decisions are based on qualifications, experience level, skill set, and internal equity considerations.
