Summer Internship Program, Client Service, Hindi/Thai speaker (2026 Start)

AlphaSights is offering a 10-week Summer Associate program in Hong Kong, running from June 15 to August 21, 2026. This internship is designed for penultimate-year students fluent in English and Hindi, Thai, Urdu, Punjabi, or Bengali, aiming to provide hands-on experience in client services within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

As a Summer Associate in the Client Service team, you will act as the vital link between clients and the expert knowledge they require. Your daily tasks will involve managing multiple projects for top-tier clients, including investors and strategists, seeking insights to inform their decisions. This role demands strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively under tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities include recruiting experts by conducting phone interviews to identify suitable matches for client projects, understanding the project and market context, and managing all aspects of client-expert communications. This encompasses initiating contact, coordinating schedules, and ensuring seamless collaboration between clients and experts.

Candidates should be penultimate-year students (Class of 2027) with a minimum GPA of 3.3, a strong academic track record, and active participation in extracurricular activities. Previous internship experience demonstrating an interest in business is advantageous. Outstanding communication skills and fluency in English, along with Hindi, Thai, Urdu, Punjabi, or Bengali at a C2 level, are required. Availability for the entire internship duration is essential.

The internship offers a compensation of HKD 58,753.25 for the 10-week program, along with benefits such as an unlimited referral bonus, optional work-from-home on Fridays, complimentary breakfast and snacks, and provision of an iPhone and MacBook Pro for work purposes. There is also the opportunity to receive a full-time employment offer upon graduation.
