Student Trainee Tech Advisory
Clifford Chance Amsterdam is seeking a Student Trainee for its Tech Advisory practice group. This two-month internship offers law students in the final stages of their studies an opportunity to delve into the legal aspects of technology, innovation, and digital transformation. The role provides hands-on experience in a dynamic, international law firm setting.
As a Student Trainee, you will be fully integrated into the practice, working alongside associates and partners on real cases. Your responsibilities will include drafting notes, advice, and correspondence, conducting legal research, attending meetings and hearings, and translating legal documents. Additionally, you will have the chance to participate in training sessions through the Clifford Chance Academy and engage in social events within the office, offering a comprehensive view of both the work and the firm's culture.
Ideal candidates are ambitious and proactive, currently in the final phase of their Dutch law studies (bachelor's or master's). Fluency in Dutch is required, and proficiency in English is advantageous. Applicants should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to work.
