Student Trainee Project Development & Finance

Clifford Chance Amsterdam is seeking a Student Trainee for its Project Development & Finance team. This two-month internship offers law students the opportunity to engage in infrastructure, energy, project development, and financing projects. The role provides hands-on experience in a leading international law firm.

As a Student Trainee, you will be fully integrated into the team, working on real cases under the guidance of a mentor and a buddy. Your responsibilities include drafting notes, legal advice, and correspondence; conducting legal research; attending meetings and hearings; and translating legal documents. Additionally, you can participate in training sessions through the Clifford Chance Academy and attend social events within the office to gain a comprehensive understanding of both the work and the culture.

Ideal candidates are ambitious and proactive law students in the final phase of their Dutch law studies (bachelor or master). Fluency in Dutch is required, and applicants must hold a Dutch law degree, including the 'Civiel Effect'.
