Student Trainee Private Equity, Corporate Transactions & Advisory
Clifford Chance Amsterdam is offering a two-month student trainee position in their Private Equity, Corporate Transactions & Advisory group. This role is ideal for law students in the final stages of their studies who wish to gain hands-on experience in international transactional and advisory practices. As a student trainee, you will be fully integrated into the practice, working alongside experienced professionals on real cases. Your responsibilities will include drafting notes, advice, and correspondence, conducting legal research, attending meetings and hearings, and translating legal documents. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in training sessions through the Clifford Chance Academy and engage in social events within the office, offering a comprehensive view of both the work and the firm's culture.
Applicants should be ambitious and proactive, with a strong interest in international law. The position requires students in the final phase of their Dutch law studies (bachelor or master) and proficiency in Dutch and/or English.
