Candidates should possess the ability to convert complex visions into tangible solutions using a consultative approach, have existing connections or the ability to navigate major players and associations in the fitness industry, and demonstrate resilience in managing long sales cycles. Analytical skills to address technical objections and advanced English proficiency are also required.
