Store Manager_Hyundai Pangyo

The Store Manager at ALO's Hyundai Pangyo location is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the store's operations. The Store Manager will oversee sales, operations, and visual teams to ensure the store's success.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing retail strategies, understanding the local market and clientele, and staying informed about business trends that impact the store's success. The Store Manager will lead the team by utilizing company tools and incentives to meet sales goals, foster an environment of growth and accountability through training and coaching, and establish career progression plans to retain top talent. Additionally, the role involves partnering with Operations and Visual Managers to maintain inventory accuracy, uphold visual standards, and ensure efficient store operations.

The ideal candidate will have over seven years of leadership experience in retail or a related industry, proficiency in MS Office applications, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. A strong business acumen, entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to work independently are essential. Physical requirements include the ability to move around all areas of the store, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for entire shifts. Flexibility to work variable shifts, including peak days and weekends, is also required.
