The Store Manager at ALO's Washington Square location is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the store's operations. This role involves creating a positive and productive work environment that aligns with ALO's mission, consistently achieving sales and profitability goals, and developing a successful Sales, Operations, and Visual team.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing the store's retail strategies, demonstrating strong business acumen through key performance indicators, and leading the team by leveraging company tools and incentives to meet sales goals. The Store Manager will also oversee Sales & Service, Operations, and Visual Managers to ensure the execution of all key strategies and support a safe and efficient operation.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of retail or related industry leadership experience, working knowledge of MS Office, and extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills. They should be highly motivated by driving business in a fast-paced, innovative environment, possess an independent work ethic, and align with ALO's guiding principles. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand and move for an entire shift.

Compensation for this position ranges from $85,000 to $110,000 annually.
