Store Manager - Village at Meridian
The Store Manager at ALO's Village at Meridian location is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the store's operations. This role involves creating a positive and productive work environment that aligns with ALO's mission of promoting mindful movement and better living. The Store Manager will oversee sales and profitability goals, operational objectives, merchandising standards, and the development of a successful Sales, Operations, and Visual team.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing retail strategies, understanding the local market and clientele, and demonstrating strong business acumen through key performance indicators. The Store Manager will lead the team by leveraging company tools and incentives to meet sales goals. Additionally, they will oversee Sales & Service, Operations, and Visual Managers to ensure the execution of key strategies, maintain strong visual standards, and support a safe and efficient work environment.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of retail or related industry leadership experience, proficiency in MS Office applications, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. They should be highly motivated to drive business in a fast-paced environment, possess an independent work ethic, and align with ALO's guiding principles. Physical requirements include the ability to move around all areas of the store, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for entire shifts.
