Store Manager - Town Center Plaza
The Store Manager at ALO's Town Center Plaza location is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the store's operations. This role involves creating a positive and productive work environment that aligns with ALO's mission of promoting mindful movement and better living. The Store Manager will oversee sales, profitability goals, operational objectives, merchandising standards, and the development of a successful Sales, Operations, and Visual team.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing retail strategies, demonstrating strong business acumen through key performance indicators, and leading the team by leveraging company tools and incentives to meet sales goals. The Store Manager will also ensure the team embodies ALO's guiding principles, foster an environment of growth and inclusivity through development and consistent coaching, and oversee the execution of key operational and visual guidelines to maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of retail or related industry leadership experience, working knowledge of MS Office, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. They should be highly motivated to drive business in a fast-paced environment, possess an independent work ethic, and align with ALO's guiding principles. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and move for an entire shift, and perform tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders.
