Store Manager - The Gate at Manhasset

The Store Manager at The Gate at Manhasset will lead operations for ALO, a modern lifestyle and activewear brand known for blending technical innovation with contemporary style. As the head of the retail team at this high-profile location, the manager will be responsible for upholding brand standards, cultivating a welcoming customer experience, and driving business growth. In this role, the Store Manager will oversee all day-to-day store activities, including staff supervision, sales floor management, inventory control, and visual merchandising. They will be accountable for meeting or exceeding sales targets and key operational metrics, training and developing team members, and addressing customer needs in a fast-paced retail setting. Collaboration with district and regional leaders is also required to execute company initiatives and ensure seamless operations.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of retail management experience, ideally within a premium or lifestyle brand environment. Strong leadership skills, a proven ability to motivate teams, exceptional communication abilities, and a customer-first mentality are essential.
