Store Manager - Station Twelve
The Store Manager at ALO's Station Twelve location in Amherst, NY, is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the store's operations. Key responsibilities include overseeing sales, service, operations, and visual merchandising teams to ensure the execution of all key strategies. The Store Manager will champion strong visual standards, support a safe and efficient work environment, and develop schedules that deliver business results while maintaining effective labor management. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional business partners to support organizational goals and implementing effective communication strategies throughout the store to achieve key performance indicators.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience, with a strong working knowledge of MS Office applications. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. The ideal candidate is highly motivated by driving business in a fast-paced, innovative environment, possesses an independent work ethic, and aligns with ALO's guiding principles. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or move for an entire shift.
Compensation for this position ranges from $85,000 to $110,000 per year, with eligibility to participate in the company's monthly store incentive program, which may result in higher total compensation.
