Store Manager - International Plaza
The Store Manager at ALO's International Plaza location in Tampa, Florida, is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the store's operations. This role involves creating a positive and productive work environment that aligns with ALO's mission of promoting mindful movement and better living. The Store Manager will oversee sales, profitability, operational objectives, merchandising standards, and the development of a successful Sales, Operations, and Visual team.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing retail strategies, demonstrating strong business acumen through key performance indicators, and leading the team by leveraging company tools and incentives to meet sales goals. The Store Manager will also ensure the store team embodies ALO's guiding principles, fostering an environment of growth, accountability, and inclusivity through development, performance management, training, and consistent coaching. Additionally, the role involves overseeing Sales & Service, Operations, and Visual Managers to ensure the execution of key strategies, maintaining strong visual standards for the sales floor, and supporting a safe and efficient work environment.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of retail or related industry leadership experience, working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), and extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills. A strong motivation to drive business in a fast-paced, innovative environment, independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability are essential. The candidate should align with and embody ALO's guiding principles, possess a business owner mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit, and be capable of constant movement in and around all areas of the store, including the ability to lift, push, carry, or otherwise move up to 50 pounds.
Compensation for this position includes a base salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000 per year, with eligibility to participate in the company's Monthly Store Incentive program, which may result in higher total compensation.
