The Store Manager at Alo Yoga in Greenwich, Connecticut, is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the store's operations. The Store Manager will oversee sales, profitability goals, operational objectives, merchandising standards, and the development of a successful Sales, Operations, and Visual team.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing retail strategies, understanding the local market and clientele, and demonstrating strong business acumen through key performance indicators to support business-driving strategies. The Store Manager will lead the team by leveraging company tools, incentives, and strategies to meet sales goals. Additionally, they will oversee Sales & Service, Operations, and Visual Managers to ensure the execution of all key strategies and maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of retail or related industry leadership experience, working knowledge of MS Office, and extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills. They should be highly motivated to drive business in a fast-paced, innovative environment, possess an independent work ethic, and align with Alo Yoga's guiding principles. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and move for an entire shift, and safely climb up and down a ladder.

Compensation for this full-time position ranges from $85,000 to $110,000 annually, with eligibility for the company's Monthly Store Incentive program, which may increase total compensation.
