The Store Manager at ALO's Easton Town Center location in Columbus, Ohio, is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the store's operations. The Store Manager will oversee sales, operations, and visual teams to ensure the store meets its sales and profitability goals.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing retail strategies, understanding the local market and clientele, and demonstrating strong business acumen through key performance indicators. The Store Manager will lead the team by leveraging company tools and incentives to support meeting sales goals. Additionally, they will oversee the execution of operational and visual guidelines, champion strong visual standards for the sales floor, and support a safe and efficient work environment.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of retail or related industry leadership experience, working knowledge of MS Office, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. They should be highly motivated to drive business in a fast-paced, innovative environment, possess an independent work ethic, and align with ALO's guiding principles. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and move for an entire shift, and perform tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders.

Compensation for this full-time position includes a competitive salary, with the base pay ranging from $75,000 to $90,000 per year. Store Managers are also eligible to participate in the company's Monthly Store Incentive program, which may result in total compensation exceeding the base range.
