Store Manager - Center of Waikiki
The Store Manager at ALO's Center of Waikiki location is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the store's operations. This role involves creating a positive and productive work environment that aligns with ALO's mission of promoting mindful movement and better living. The Store Manager will oversee sales, profitability goals, operational objectives, merchandising standards, and the development of a successful Sales, Operations, and Visual team.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing retail strategies, understanding the local market and clientele, and demonstrating strong business acumen through key performance indicators. The Store Manager will lead the team by leveraging company tools and incentives to meet sales goals, ensure the team embodies ALO's guiding principles, and foster an environment of growth and inclusivity through development, performance management, and consistent coaching.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of retail or related industry leadership experience, proficiency in MS Office, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. A strong motivation to drive business in a fast-paced, innovative environment, along with an independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability, are essential. The candidate should align with and embody ALO's guiding principles and possess a business owner mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Compensation for this position ranges from $85,000 to $110,000 annually, with eligibility for the company's Monthly Store Incentive program, which may increase total compensation.
