Store Manager - Brookfield Place
The Store Manager at ALO's Brookfield Place location in New York City is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the store's operations. Key responsibilities include overseeing the Sales & Service, Operations, and Visual teams to ensure the execution of all key strategies. The Store Manager will champion strong visual standards for the sales floor, support a safe work environment, and develop schedules that deliver business results while maintaining labor efficiency. Additionally, they will collaborate with cross-functional business partners to support organizational goals and implement effective communication strategies throughout the store.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of retail or related industry leadership experience, with a strong working knowledge of MS Office applications. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. The role requires a highly motivated individual with an independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or move for an entire shift.
Compensation for this position ranges from $85,000 to $110,000 per year, with eligibility to participate in the company's Monthly Store Incentive program, which may result in higher total compensation.
