Store Manager - Berlin, Mitte
The Store Manager at ALO in Berlin, Mitte, is responsible for leading and continuously developing all aspects of the store's operations. The Store Manager will oversee sales, profitability, operational objectives, merchandising standards, and the development of a successful Sales, Operations, and Visual team.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing retail strategies, understanding the local market and clientele, and demonstrating strong business acumen through key performance indicators. The Store Manager will lead the team by leveraging company tools and strategies to meet sales goals, ensuring the store's success in a competitive market.
The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience within the retail or related industry, working knowledge of MS Office, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. They should be agile, capable of handling multiple tasks in a changing environment, and motivated to drive business in a fast-paced, innovative setting. A business owner mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit, independent work ethic, and personal accountability are essential. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for entire shifts.
ALO offers a full-time role with expectations for availability during opening, closing, and weekend shifts, which may be subject to change. Employees are also expected to work from the week of Black Friday through the end of the holiday season.
