The Stock Lead (In-Store) position at ALO in Berlin, Mitte, is a pivotal role within the store's leadership team, focusing on driving profitability and operational efficiency. This role involves close collaboration with the Operations & Visual Manager to delegate tasks and provide feedback, ensuring optimal store operations.

Key responsibilities include leading and executing inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrinkage. The Stock Lead will manage essential operational functions such as shipment processing, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management. Upholding strong visual standards for the sales floor and maintaining a safe, efficient stockroom environment are also critical aspects of the role.

Candidates should have over two years of experience in a client-centric sales environment, demonstrating proven leadership capabilities and excellent decision-making skills. A high-energy, enthusiastic approach, coupled with self-motivation and a desire to achieve results both individually and as part of a team, is essential. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills are required, along with alignment with ALO's guiding principles.

The position is full-time, requiring 32 to 40 hours per week, with availability for variable shifts, including peak days and weekends. Employees are expected to work during the company's blackout period from the week of American Thanksgiving through the first week of January.
