Staff Program Manager
The Staff Program Manager will join Wellhub's CorpTech team, focusing on delivering product initiatives using agile project management methodologies. This role involves managing program schedules, identifying risks, and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders. The manager will lead cross-team decisions, prioritize tasks based on team capacity, and coordinate initiatives across squads, organizing interdependencies across various focus areas. Additionally, the role includes facilitating decision-making in product development, ensuring visibility of changes, and guiding teams in adopting Agile best practices. Monitoring OKRs, initiative statuses, and agile metrics to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement is also a key responsibility.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, or have equivalent practical experience. A strong background in computer/software technology is essential, along with experience managing multiple projects in an Agile environment. Proficiency with the Salesforce platform, software development processes, and agile tools such as Jira, Pivotal Tracker, or Bugzilla is required. The role also demands experience in troubleshooting technical issues, knowledge of software architecture and system integration, and fluency in both English and Portuguese.
