Staff Product Manager, Travel Management
Engine is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the development of innovative travel management solutions. As a Staff Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of creating seamless shopping and booking experiences that have a measurable impact on both customers and the business.
In this position, you will define and drive the product strategy for the search and booking journey, encompassing flights, hotels, and rental cars. You will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, data teams, and business stakeholders to develop features that enhance discovery, selection, and booking processes. Your role will also involve leading the design and rollout of scalable search and shop features that drive conversion, build user confidence, and improve the overall shopping journey.
The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in product management, preferably within travel tech, marketplaces, or booking platforms. A strong track record of cross-functional collaboration and the ability to influence across teams and functions are essential. Deep empathy for users, a solid understanding of UX principles, and the ability to translate customer needs into intuitive solutions are crucial. Experience using data, experimentation, and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and inform roadmap decisions is also required.
Engine offers a competitive base salary ranging from $181,400 to $251,000 USD, with additional opportunities for bonuses, commissions, and equity.
