Staff Product Manager, Groups Shopping
Engine is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the development of innovative shopping experiences within the Groups Shopping team. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of business travel by creating seamless and personalized booking journeys for flights, hotels, and rental cars. As a key member of the product team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that enhance user satisfaction and drive business growth.
In this role, you will define and execute the product strategy for the search and booking process, balancing user-centric design with business objectives. You will work closely with engineers, designers, data teams, and business stakeholders to develop features that improve discovery, selection, and booking experiences. Additionally, you will lead the design and rollout of scalable search and shop features that drive conversion and build user confidence.
The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in product management, preferably within travel technology, marketplaces, or booking platforms. A strong track record of cross-functional collaboration and the ability to influence across teams and functions are essential. Deep empathy for users, a solid understanding of UX principles, and experience using data, experimentation, and A/B testing to inform decisions are also important.
Engine offers a competitive base salary ranging from $181,400 to $251,000 USD, with additional compensation that may include equity and/or variable pay.
