Staff Product Manager, Post-Order Experience
As the Staff Product Manager for Post-Order Experience at Xometry, you will lead the development and execution of strategies to enhance the customer journey from order placement to final delivery. Xometry is a digital marketplace that connects innovative thinkers with manufacturers, facilitating the production of custom parts and products. Your role will be pivotal in transforming complex manufacturing processes into seamless and transparent experiences for our customers.
In this position, you will be responsible for defining and implementing a comprehensive product strategy for the post-order ecosystem. This includes leveraging artificial intelligence to predict potential delays, automating support processes, and providing proactive communication to customers. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, UX Design, Business Operations, and Customer Service, you will ensure that technical requirements align with business objectives and deliver an exceptional user experience.
The ideal candidate will have over seven years of experience in product management within B2B or transactional marketplaces, including at least two years leading product managers or cross-functional teams. A strong background in AI and machine learning is essential, with a proven ability to integrate these technologies into product ecosystems. Expertise in order management, fulfillment, logistics, or support tooling is also required, along with exceptional communication skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
The estimated base salary range for this role is $180,000 to $234,000 annually, with additional commission opportunities.
