Staff Product Manager, Marketing Technology & Customer Data Systems
Xometry is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the strategy for our customer data and marketing technology platforms. This role involves owning the roadmap for capturing, organizing, and activating customer data across various systems, including our customer data platform (CDP), event collection pipelines, and attribution services. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Management for MarTech, you will influence multiple engineering teams and collaborate with several partner teams to enhance our customer engagement and retention strategies.
Key responsibilities include developing and prioritizing the product vision and roadmap for customer data and attribution systems, ensuring alignment with business goals related to acquisition, conversion, and retention. You will lead cross-functional execution by collaborating with engineering, analytics, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver scalable data solutions. Establishing clear success metrics tied to business impact, enhancing data quality and trust, and advocating for end-user needs are also critical aspects of this role.
The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of product management experience, with a proven track record in delivering high-impact marketing technology products. Experience in large enterprise organizations with annual revenues exceeding $1 billion is preferred. Direct experience with customer data platforms, event collection, attribution, or related MarTech systems is essential. Strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives are key qualifications. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is required.
The estimated base salary range for this position is $180,000 to $234,000 annually, plus an annual bonus, depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
