Harness is seeking a Product Management Leader to drive the definition, development, and adoption of our packaged and shipped product - Harness Internal Developer Portal. In this role, you will own technical, end-to-end product initiatives—from identifying user needs and defining requirements to working across several teams to ensure successful delivery. You'll work closely with customers and engineering teams to guide product development, ensure technical feasibility and high-quality execution, and find innovative ways to efficiently solve complex developer experience challenges.

Key responsibilities include building product roadmaps based on customer needs, business goals, market, and technology trends. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 7 years of experience in product management with enterprise SaaS or Cloud companies is required, along with at least 5 years of experience managing technical products that enhance developer experience and productivity. The candidate should be able to operate in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly. Strong technical understanding of architecture and engineering decisions, customer focus, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities are essential. Experience with Internal Developer Portals, DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure management is a significant plus. Prior experience as a software developer and/or startup experience is also advantageous.
