Staff Mobile Security Engineer

Beast Industries, founded by Jimmy "MrBeast" Donaldson, is seeking a Staff Mobile Security Engineer to lead security initiatives for its mobile platforms. The company operates across various domains, including digital media, philanthropy, consumer products, and innovative business initiatives, aiming to entertain, inspire, and create significant social impact.

In this role, the engineer will be responsible for ensuring device and session integrity, designing and implementing systems to detect and prevent abuse and fraud, and defining the security roadmap for account integrity and abuse defense. Additionally, they will lead and grow a team of engineers, setting technical direction, reviewing designs, and mentoring team members.

Candidates should have 8 to 10+ years of experience in security engineering, particularly in defending consumer-scale mobile products against account takeover, bot abuse, and fraud. Proven ownership of an end-to-end security domain, strong systems design instincts, and hands-on experience with native mobile client internals and distributed backend services are essential. Comfort with operating in Go (or similar) on a major cloud provider (AWS preferred) is also required.

Compensation includes a base salary ranging from $205,000 to $256,000, a 15% bonus, and equity.
