In this capacity, the VP will serve as the executive leader and trusted advisor for a major client, orchestrating the execution and long-term development of the partnership across various facets of the MrBeast organization. The role emphasizes maximizing the value of the partnership through exceptional execution, strategic counsel, and thoughtful expansion, rather than focusing primarily on new business development.
Candidates should possess over 15 years of experience in strategic account leadership, category strategy, or brand-side marketing within B2C technology firms. The ideal applicant will demonstrate deep expertise in advising C-suite executives on business strategy, market dynamics, and growth opportunities. Exceptional strategic, commercial, and consultative skills are essential, along with a sophisticated understanding of shareholder value and experience in influencing senior stakeholders within complex organizations.
Compensation for this role includes a competitive salary ranging from $225,000 to $300,000, complemented by an annual bonus and an employee equity plan grant.
