A proven track record of managing complex Fortune 500 relationships and advising C-suite executives on business strategy and market dynamics is essential. Exceptional strategic, commercial, and consultative skills are required, along with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams across complex, matrixed organizations.
The compensation package for this role includes a base salary ranging from $225,000 to $300,000, complemented by an annual bonus, employee equity plan grants, and comprehensive benefits.
