Sr. Salesforce Developer
Engine is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to enhance and maintain its Salesforce platform, supporting the company's mission to revolutionize business travel management. This role is integral to the Revenue Operations team, collaborating closely with Sales Operations Leadership and experienced Salesforce Developers to drive innovation and efficiency.
In this position, you will lead the development and maintenance of Apex classes, Lightning Components, and Visualforce pages to meet evolving business requirements. Your responsibilities will include adapting Salesforce architecture to support business growth, developing applications using Visualforce and Lightning Web Components, and assisting with each release cycle to implement and deploy new features. Additionally, you will perform unit, integration, and regression testing, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), enforce coding standards, and create technical documentation to ensure system stability and data integrity.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development, with a Salesforce Platform Developer certification and knowledge of Data Cloud architecture. Proficiency in HTML, XML, Flex, ASP, SQL, Java or C++, and REST and SOAP-based web services is essential. Experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor is highly desirable. Familiarity with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS is also beneficial. A problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment are key.
Engine offers a competitive base salary ranging from $113,475 to $157,000 USD, with additional opportunities for bonuses, commissions, and equity.
