Sr. Revenue Enablement Specialist
Engine is seeking a Senior Revenue Enablement Specialist to lead the Account Executive (AE) onboarding program, encompassing curriculum design, content development, scheduling, delivery, and continuous improvement. This role is pivotal in accelerating AE productivity and supports broader enablement functions across the go-to-market (GTM) organization. The position is based in Chicago, Illinois, and operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring in-office presence three days per week.
The Senior Revenue Enablement Specialist will be responsible for executing and enhancing Engine's comprehensive New Business onboarding experience. This includes facilitating the onboarding journey from days 1 to 30, collaborating with program managers for curriculum development, coordinating sessions, managing e-learning materials, and assessing onboarding effectiveness. Additional duties involve supporting ongoing development programs, maintaining current training materials, assisting with broader enablement initiatives, managing tools and systems like Attention, Outreach, Salesforce, and GTM Buddy, and ensuring clear communication regarding onboarding expectations and resources.
Candidates should have proven experience in designing and managing onboarding or training programs, particularly for sales or AE teams. A minimum of three years in sales enablement, sales, revenue operations, learning and development, or GTM operations is required. Strong program ownership skills, exceptional communication abilities, organizational proficiency, and comfort in undefined environments are essential. A background in instructional design and familiarity with tools such as Gong, Attention, Outreach, Salesforce, Articulate Rise, or LMS/CMS platforms are advantageous.
The compensation package includes a competitive base salary ranging from $72,300 to $100,000 USD annually, with opportunities for bonuses, commissions, and equity.
