Sr. Manager, Treasury
Gong is seeking a Senior Manager of Treasury to lead its treasury operations, focusing on daily execution and long-term scaling. This high-visibility role within the Finance team involves managing liquidity, investment portfolios, and global risk management programs in collaboration with the Vice President. The position requires close partnership with departments such as FP&A, Accounting, Legal, Tax, Facilities, and Information Security to support Gong's global growth.
Key responsibilities include overseeing daily treasury operations like cash positioning, liquidity management, and global bank account administration. The role involves defining and maintaining a liquidity framework with rolling 13-week cash flow forecasts, managing the company's investment portfolio in line with corporate policies, and implementing foreign exchange risk management strategies. Additionally, the Senior Manager will champion treasury technology and automation, establish a rigorous control environment, manage corporate insurance programs, and serve as the primary contact for banking relationships.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7+ years of experience in corporate treasury, particularly within high-growth technology environments. Expertise in cash management, liquidity forecasting, and financial modeling is essential. A solid understanding of investment products, foreign exchange risk management, and corporate insurance renewals is highly desirable. The role requires a self-starter with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting is required, with a Master's degree or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation considered a plus.
