The Sr. Manager of Product Management, Data Protection at Everpure (formerly Pure Storage) is a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the vision and strategy of the company's Data Protection product portfolio. This position is integral to ensuring that global customers' data remains protected, accessible, and resilient against evolving cyber threats across both on-premises and cloud environments. The role involves close collaboration with Engineering, CTO, Sales, and Executive leadership to establish Everpure's market leadership in data protection solutions.

Key responsibilities include defining the future of data resilience by owning the vision, multi-year product strategy, and execution roadmap for the Data Protection portfolio. This encompasses platform architecture, data protection features, and integrations aimed at achieving market differentiation and delivering maximum customer value. The role also involves leading the complete product lifecycle from ideation to launch, building scalable development processes, enabling the field and channel with competitive materials, and serving as the primary spokesperson for the solutions with customers, partners, and executive audiences. Additionally, the Sr. Manager is tasked with establishing and monitoring critical resilience and business KPIs, such as RTO/RPO, revenue, and adoption metrics, conducting deep market analysis to identify emerging customer needs and strategic opportunities for product and business growth, and fostering a strategic ecosystem by cultivating partnerships with key collaborators to extend the reach and capability of Everpure's Data Protection offerings.

Candidates should possess deep technical expertise in cybersecurity, data protection, and enterprise storage, demonstrated by a history of launching and scaling differentiated, enterprise-grade features in dynamic and competitive markets. A strong strategic vision and business acumen are essential, with the ability to define a long-term product vision, translate complex customer and threat challenges into clear strategic value and market-ready solutions, and own the resulting business outcomes and success metrics. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are required, with proven success in engaging and influencing C-level executives, technical leaders, global sales teams, and external partners to align cross-functional teams and champion the product strategy. A consistent record of driving end-to-end product life cycles, from ideation and requirement-setting through to market adoption, GTM enablement, and continuous performance improvement, is also necessary.

The annual base salary range for this position is $218,000 to $327,000 USD.
