Sr Manager, ERP Supply Chain
As a Senior Manager – ERP Supply Chain at ALO, you will lead the planning, design, and development of systems, including Oracle Fusion and other supporting platforms, within the ERP Supply Chain domain. Reporting to the Director of ERP Corporate Systems, you will collaborate proactively with business teams to understand their strategic direction and effectively support the execution of their strategies. Your role involves managing a small team and serving as a Functional/Technical Lead in areas such as Direct Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Retail Sales, while also contributing to hands-on design and development.
Key responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams overseeing Inventory Planning, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Order Management Systems (OMS), and Finance areas. You will participate in discovery, architecture, and solution design, develop and enhance systems based on defined requirements, and follow Agile Development Methodology. Additionally, you will work with Business Analysts and Architects to convert business solutions into technical designs, lead production support, perform troubleshooting, and coordinate end-user training as appropriate.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of ERP Supply Chain functionalities, particularly in Direct Purchasing, Inventory, and Retail Sales processes. Development, coding, and configuration experience with Oracle systems are required. Knowledge in areas such as Inventory Planning, Warehouse Management, Finance Sales Audit, Accounts Payable 3-way match, Order Management Systems, and POS/digital/Omnichannel Sales is essential. Strong business experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a proven track record in full lifecycle implementations of ERP are also necessary. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related technical field is preferred, along with 10+ years of experience in ERP with increasing functional and technical responsibilities, and 5+ years of experience in leading teams.
The base salary range for this position is $180,000 to $250,000 per year, representing the current range for this exempt position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
