Sr. Manager, AI Enablement
The Sr. Manager, AI Enablement at Headspace is a pivotal role within the company's AI-first operating model, emphasizing member safety, privacy, and measurable business impact. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this position involves close collaboration with the executive and senior leadership teams to drive AI adoption and integration across the organization.
Key responsibilities include managing the AI intake and prioritization process by triaging requests, refining problem statements, and maintaining a transparent queue. The role also involves leading AI initiatives from discovery through pilot to launch, aligning scope, milestones, success metrics, and stakeholders to ensure impactful outcomes. Additionally, the Sr. Manager will build and run AI enablement programs such as training sessions, office hours, playbooks, and an AI Champions network to foster adoption and fluency across teams.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in Product Operations, Technical Program Management, Business Operations, or equivalent roles that involve delivering software or AI projects end-to-end. Strong cross-functional leadership and change management skills are essential, along with the ability to influence without authority across various departments. A solid understanding of AI concepts, the ability to define success metrics, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required.
This hybrid role is based in San Francisco, requiring three days per week in the office. The anticipated base salary range for this full-time position is $118,800 to $215,000, complemented by equity and benefits. Compensation is determined by factors such as location, relevant experience, job-related skills, and education or training.
