Sr IT Service Desk Specialist
Gong is seeking a Senior IT Service Desk Specialist to join our dynamic team in San Francisco. This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive end-user support for both our on-site and remote employees across the United States. As part of our innovative company, you'll contribute to maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations that empower our revenue teams to excel.
In this position, you will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues related to laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices. Your day-to-day tasks will include responding promptly to incidents and service requests, maintaining clear communication with users regarding incident statuses, and creating and updating documentation for our knowledge base. Additionally, you'll handle office-related technical issues, support user onboarding by deploying hardware and providing training, and manage user access during various stages of the employee lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in IT support, with proven expertise in troubleshooting both Windows and macOS systems. Experience in supporting a remote workforce is essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be adept at managing and prioritizing multiple incidents and requests, and have experience with basic user administration of platforms such as Okta, Zoom, Slack, and Google Workspace. A foundational knowledge of network troubleshooting techniques is also required.
We offer a competitive annual salary range of $108,000 to $132,000 USD, based on factors unique to each candidate, including skills, qualifications, education, experience, and location.
