Sr. Industry Marketing Manager
Gong is seeking a Sr. Industry Marketing Manager to lead pipeline creation and acceleration for its Industry Expansion team, focusing on Financial Services, Healthcare, and Manufacturing sectors. This role involves designing and executing industry-specific revenue marketing and demand generation programs that integrate demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and field marketing to maximize pipeline impact. The position is available in multiple locations, including Austin, Chicago, New York City, Salt Lake City, and San Francisco.
The Sr. Industry Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing unified demand generation plans tailored to the specified industries. Key responsibilities include driving quarterly sourced pipeline targets, serving as the primary marketing partner to the VP of Industry Expansion and senior sales leaders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch integrated industry campaigns. The role also involves co-leading field and executive programs and establishing scalable playbooks for industry engagement and account penetration.
Candidates should have over 10 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with significant exposure to Enterprise sales motions. A proven track record of owning pipeline targets and driving measurable revenue impact in close partnership with Sales is essential. Experience in designing and executing integrated programs that deploy demand generation, ABM, and field marketing strategies is required. Strong sales acumen, executive presence, and the ability to influence senior sales stakeholders are also important. Prior experience marketing to Financial Services, Healthcare, or Manufacturing is a plus but not mandatory.
