Sr. Director of Technology Partnership
Gong is seeking a Sr. Director of Technology Partnership to lead the development and management of strategic technology partnerships that enhance the Gong platform's value to customers. This role is integral to building the Gong Collective, a dynamic partner ecosystem that fosters innovative solutions on top of Gong's AI-driven Revenue Intelligence Platform. The successful candidate will join a team committed to transforming revenue intelligence through cutting-edge technology and collaborative partnerships.
In this position, the Sr. Director will identify and evaluate potential partners aligned with Gong's strategic vision and customer needs. Responsibilities include developing and managing a pipeline of technology partnerships, collaborating with partners to expand the solutions built on the Gong platform, and serving as the primary liaison between Gong and its partners. Additionally, the role involves staying abreast of market trends and emerging technologies to inform product and partnership opportunities, working closely with Product Management to prioritize and deliver capabilities that enhance customer value.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in building and managing technology partnerships within the B2B SaaS sector, particularly in partnerships, business development, or product management roles. A minimum of three years of experience in the B2B Revenue Technology space is preferred, along with at least two years in product management. Strong relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles and go-to-market strategies, and a solid technical and product aptitude are essential for success in this role.
