Sr. Director of Commercial and Legal Affairs (LATAM)

Backblaze is seeking a Senior Director of Commercial and Legal Affairs to lead and oversee the company's commercial, privacy, and product legal functions. This role is designed for a seasoned commercial lawyer with a proven track record in drafting and negotiating complex technology transactions, including enterprise and strategic partnership deals. The ideal candidate will also possess expertise in privacy and data protection, with hands-on experience advising product and engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle. This position is fully remote and reports to the Head of Legal & Compliance.
