Sourcing Intern

Fictiv is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sourcing Intern to join our Strategic Sourcing team in Guangzhou, China. As a global manufacturing and supply chain company, Fictiv enables organizations to scale across its manufacturing centers in India, Mexico, China, and the U.S., delivering over 35 million parts to industries such as aerospace, robotics, automotive, and climate tech. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and supply chain operations.

Reporting to the Lead of Strategic Sourcing, the Sourcing Intern will assist in researching and identifying potential new suppliers across various categories. Responsibilities include preparing and distributing Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), maintaining accurate supplier records, conducting market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, assisting in issuing purchase orders, and serving as a point of contact for administrative follow-ups with suppliers.

The ideal candidate is a member of the Class of 2027, currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in International Economics and Trade, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field. Proficiency in written and spoken English is required, with CET-6 preferred. A willingness to learn and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are essential traits for success in this role.
