Sourcer

Xometry is seeking a Sourcer to join our expanding Talent Acquisition team in Bangalore, India. This role focuses on sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top non-technical talent to support Xometry's growth. The Sourcer will collaborate closely with hiring managers to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, ensuring the acquisition of high-quality candidates.

Key responsibilities include sourcing top talent for non-technical positions, developing innovative sourcing strategies through various channels, and maintaining clear communication throughout the recruitment process. The Sourcer will also collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs, build and grow talent networks, and maintain up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.

The ideal candidate will have over three years of full life cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment, experience hiring for US-based companies, and excellent command of the English language. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other social recruiting platforms is essential, along with adaptability and strong organizational skills.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with office days on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at our Peenya, Bangalore location. The working hours are from 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST. Xometry provides a dynamic and fast-paced environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
