The Solution Architect at KnowBe4 serves as the primary technical leader, bridging business needs with engineering execution. This role focuses on integrating and optimizing a multi-platform environment, including Salesforce, Netsuite, Workday, and Mulesoft, within a remote work setting. The position is pivotal in designing scalable, reliable, and secure technical solutions that align with the company's strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities include leading the architectural strategy for integrating core business applications, such as Salesforce (CRM), Netsuite (ERP), and Workday (HCM/Finance), utilizing Mulesoft for enterprise-level integration and API management. The role also involves architecting and governing the implementation of AI/ML capabilities within these platforms, ensuring data readiness and ethical application of models for predictive analytics and automation. Additionally, the Solution Architect is responsible for creating comprehensive technical documentation and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate strategic initiatives into actionable technical designs.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with a minimum of seven years of experience in an architectural role within a high-growth SaaS or technology environment. Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex integrations between multiple enterprise SaaS applications is essential. Core technical skills required include deep architectural knowledge of Salesforce and at least one other major platform (Netsuite or Workday), hands-on experience with an integration platform as a service (preferably Mulesoft), and a strong understanding of data modeling, security, and governance principles supporting AI/ML initiatives within a SaaS ecosystem. Excellent communication skills are also necessary to articulate complex technical ideas to diverse audiences.

The base salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $170,000 annually, varying based on the candidate's skills and experience.
