Solution Architect, AI

Litify, a leading legal technology company founded in 2016, is seeking a Solution Architect to join its AI team within the Professional Services organization. The company, headquartered in New York City, has been recognized as one of the fastest-growing private companies in America and serves over 55,000 legal professionals worldwide.

In this role, the Solution Architect will lead the implementation of Litify AI for clients, designing custom AI agent workflows on the Salesforce platform, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring successful deployments. Responsibilities include conducting client demonstrations, leading discovery sessions to gather requirements, building and deploying AI workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on client needs and drive successful outcomes.

Candidates should have over four years of Salesforce implementation experience, with advanced mastery of Salesforce Flows and modern automation tools. Experience in professional services, consulting, or client-facing implementation roles is essential, along with a strong understanding of the Salesforce data model and platform capabilities. Familiarity with Litify or other legal operations platforms and knowledge of law firm workflows are advantageous.

The estimated base salary for this fully remote position is $120,000, with potential bonuses and benefits. Employees in New York City and New Jersey are expected to adhere to a hybrid schedule, working in the Manhattan office six days a month.
