Salesforce/Technical Recruiter (3-Month Contract)

Litify, a leading AI-native platform for the legal industry, is seeking a temporary Salesforce/Technical Recruiter to join their team. This 3-month contract position offers an opportunity to contribute to Litify's mission of transforming legal operations through innovative technology.

In this role, the recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for technical positions. They will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies. Additionally, the recruiter will ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain organized records in the applicant tracking system.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in full-lifecycle recruiting, preferably within high-growth B2B SaaS or technology companies. Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter is essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent searches are also required.

The position offers compensation at $60 per hour for 40 hours per week, with the possibility of extension based on business needs. Please note that this is a temporary contract role and does not include benefits.
